POLITICAL PROCESS IN UKRAINE: FEATURES, PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS

The article focuses on the features of political process in Ukraine. It is argued that a form functioning system society space and time, also reflects real interaction subjects public policy. demonstrated conceptual principles theory methods studying processes are sufficiently represented native foreign scientific literature. However, certain problems development Ukraine remain rather uncovered academic literature, particular, rise new factors, challenges, or permanent change situation. purpose to analyze Ukraine, identify its main prospects. has been determined not linear, any consensus between key actors regarding goals means priori impossible, there constant vacillation democratic authoritarian tendencies, most actions decisions behind scenes shaded. author specifies factors influencing transformation institutional system, role interest groups pressure, as well value behavioral code elite. proved an trap formed – inefficient self-sustaining stable balance based combination formal informal institutions process, which none want change. This due fact trap, elites can receive rent power. At same some changes took place after 2014 contribute gradual exit our country from trap. As result, short term, it necessary focus strengthening powers expanding influence representative bodies state power, because through them citizens become closer both administration general legislative work.
